"When through fiery trials…"

Our prayers go out to everyone in LA County, California, knowing that omnipresent divine Love surrounds and protects all. These comforting words are from hymn 123 in the Christian Science hymnal:

When through fiery trials thy pathway shall lie,
My grace, all sufficient, shall be thy supply;
The flame shall not hurt thee; I only design
Thy dross to consume and thy gold to refine.
