Eclipse lessons

What a wonderful experience it was to view the total eclipse on April 8, 2024! It prompted many thoughts on God and the universe, light and darkness.

In the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, we find several interesting passages relating to astronomy.

Sun. The symbol of Soul governing man, — of Truth, Life, and Love.

Divine Science, the Word of God, saith to the darkness upon the face of error, “God is All-in-all,” and the light of ever-present Love illumines the universe.
